NIce Place to Have a Drink or Two
Radio Shack is a Goa themed restaurant in KP. The management of the place has given a lot of attention to detail ; the sand, the seating arrangement and music, all make you feel like you are at a beach shack. I went to Radio shack with 10-12 people on a Friday night, the manager was quick to make seating arrangements for us in spite of the place being crowded. After settling down , we ordered some beers and 'Longest island ice teas' . To go with the drinks , we ordered Croquettes , Multani Mushrooms , Til Naan Pizza with Paprika and Spinach, Fish peri peri and the seafood platter. The Multani Mushrooms and Croquettes were really good and went well with the drinks but the til naan pizza was disappointing. One more thing I'll like to add is that they only have 3-4 starter items in the veg section, so , not much choice there. The Seafood platter was very average and the fish peri peri was just fish with too much chili powder to make it extra spicy. I'll suggest people to Go to Radio Shack for the ambiance and drinks, the food is secondary.
Best Shack in Pune
We attended their Bollywood Nights and it was an awesome night out. The music as great and its a wonderful place to hang out and chill with friends. The typical Goa style atmosphere and superb music made it a win win visit. The ambiance and lighting are great and offer posters of different nights are on display. The typical Goan style food and especially crab specials were to die for. Definitely a place for all sea food lovers.
Experience Goa, Pune Style..!!!
If you are looking for a weekend getaway but are too lazy to drive hours in Pune traffic the 'Radio Shack' in Koregaon Park is the place to be. The ambience, which justifies the Goan theme, provides a different feel altogether. A very spacious hangout for friends and family alike. Sand, wooden benches, comfy couches defines this fine dining lounge which is a class apart. The delicacies in the menu are mouthwatering and a treat for your taste buds. A friendly staff coupled with sumptuous food is always a rare place to find in Pune. A well-equipped bar with plenty of cocktails and mock-tails which do not affect the pockets. Went there once and had an unforgettable experience, looking to visit soon with more friends for more fun.
