The Best In Stand-Up Comedy

The Comedy Store

8:30 PM Onwards

Overview

Ashish Shakya:
Ashish has earned himself a recurring spot at The Comedy Store, where his incisive observations about the idiocy and idiosyncrasies of the world - be it in the field of politics, entertainment or pop culture - have received a great response from an urban crowd that is hungry for more such no-holds-barred Indian stand-up comedy. And Ashish is more than happy to deliver.

Nishant Tanwar:
Nishant 'Joke Singh' Tanwar - His comedy talks about stereotypes, racism, politics and Indian culture. On your request, He can make fun of you boss, neighbors and Mother-in-law. Since everything else is so expensive in this country, He tries his best to keep his jokes as cheap as possible. During every performance, He shares some sure shot tips of losing weight and virginity.

Sundeep Rao:
A Bangalore-born, confused vegetarian, He currently works for a radio station as an assistant producer. At heart, Sundeep is a writer, thinker and a terrible lover (references upon request); who loves listening to extremely cheesy music! He feels that comedy is the best way to remain sane in this warped world! You can see this vivacious brat performing across Bangalore, Bombay and other cities across India. Come watch him dohis thing (jokes that is) and learn a little more about life and may be even yourself. His philosophy is quite simple. Life is funny. Live it!

Harshit Thakkar:
Harshit is a mix bag of engineering & management which only means that he is a hard working procrastinator. His obesity led to him becoming a comic and till date has stayed with him. As a Gujarati, you will find him selling bargain stuff, including cheap travel packages. He is a staunch believer in poor jokes, rap music and Newton`s third law.

Table manners

Have you ever considered sharing a table with a total stranger? Kasturi Gadge says, it makes great sense for crowded Mumbai and could make for a great platform to network.
