Saptami is celebrating Ganesh Chaturti by offering a vegetarian lunch buffet. The Executive Chef Sudhir Pai has prepared a special menu which will be served. The buffet will comprise of soups, starters, vegetarian main course dishes, besides the buffet will also have vegetarian items from chinese as well as continental cuisines. The patrons can also relish pastas, various types of chaats etc. The chef has prepared eight different menus which will be served everyday. The live couter will have chaats, dosas, pastas, pav bhajis etc. Some of the dishes on the menu include potato and leek soup, ghobi adraki, Punjabi kadi, Paneer mutter, Dal Panchmel, Undhiyo,Kurkure Bhindi Pulav, Stuffed Baked Aubergine, Ricotta, Thyme Roast Red Pumpkin, Garlic Confit, honey roasted root, Dauphinoise potatoes, Ma Po Tofu (Veg), Vegetables Green Thai Curry etc. The buffet will provide a lot of desserts options for those with a sweet tooth as well. Those who want to opt for non vegetarian buffet can go for it as well.
Veg Buffet: Rs. 499 + taxes
Non-veg Buffet: Rs. 599 + taxes (lunch) & Rs. 1099 + taxes (dinner)
